MANIFESTACIÓN EN BORDEAUX!!

Hoy es martes 19.10, y Francia está algo revolucionada con el plan de pensiones y recortes laborales que su presidente , Sarkosy, quiere imponer en el país. Durante los Últimos meses los franceses han hecho ya mas de 8 huelgas generales y el caos esta empezando a reinar en el estado francés, las refinerías están paralizadas, los puertos bloqueados, los camioneros parados en las autopistas, los transportes públicos en servicios mínimos, mas de 1500 gasolineras cerradas.........Y LO MAS IMPORTANTE EL PUEBLO EN LAS CALLES.

Me levante ansioso por asistir a la manifestación, y no me defraudó, fuimos John, Paul, Cecilie, Marta, Yo y mas amigos que se fueron uniendo por el camino....empezó a las 11:00h en la plaza la Victoria y desde allí recorrería las grandes avenidas de Bordeaux hasta llegar al río.Fue increíble mas de 5 horas de manifestación pacífica, con 140.000 personas en las calles...jubilados, universitarios, jóvenes estudiantes de instituto, trabajadores de todos los sectores, tanto público ,como privado.....un mar de lucha humana....

Los gritos eran incesantes, “Sarkosy guillotine”...”Resístanse”..”Revolución”...y claro todo lo demás que no entendía jeje.....pero el ambiente combativo me encandiló!!!!!

Fue para mi un día emotivo, al asistir a parte de la historia de lucha combativa de los sindicatos franceses ,y al ver la solidaridad de la gente joven, de la gente mayor, de trabajadores del campo, de los puertos, de la sanidad, la universidad, de tantos pueblos desplazados hasta Bordeaux......NO HAY NADA MAS PODEROSO, QUE UN PUEBLO QUE LUCHA POR SUS DERECHOS .FRANCIA RESISTIRÁ!!!HASTA LA VICTORIA!!

After a weekend of washing clothes (that never dried out:/) and resting after the three weeks of work came tuesday, the day of saying goodbye to Bordeaux....but before that we got one more sip of France to taste... Our last day was also the day of  manifestations against Sarkozy and his plans to forelong the age of workers before they get their pension.... France was already bursting with hate to the reforms and president since few days, they already wt on the streets 8 times, but this day everything seemed to cumulate...The gasstations didn´t work, or were almost out of fuell, the harbors blocked, the trucks stopped at the middle of all important national ways... so with the fear of maybe not beeing able to leave france, at 11.00 we went togheter with John, Cecile, Paul and some other friends to say our NO! to Sarkozy and his plans. The manisfestation lastet for 5 hours and was huge- about 140.000 people took part in it.

The funny part of it was,  that during the manifestation, you could buy wine, sandwiches and Ricard (pastis that all the french people are crazy about) .... and thats maybe not that strange... but the ting is that you could buy them directly from cars that took part in the manifestationJ

The day ended with a dinner at Johns house, togheter with our friends.... and then after eating and relaxing a bit we begun our new trip and a new adventure....
