HACIENDO VODKA .

Hoy ha sido un día especial, porque Ramón y yo hemos hecho Vodka ¡!!
Aquí en los pueblos de Polonia es típico, y mucha gente los hace en sus casas, así que porque íbamos a ser menos jejeje......la madre de Marta , Lila, compró alcohol destilado de 90º a sus contactos , y nosotros el resto de las cosas necesarias que ella nos indicó, varios limones , azúcar y poco más ¡!!!Hicimos vodka de limón!!! De 6 limones, rayamos las cáscaras,y luego los exprimimos, y además pusimos agua a calentar con las medidas de azúcar adecuadas ....luego el alcohol debe mezclarse con las cáscaras y dejarlo un mínimo de 24 horas, y también debía enfriarse el agua con el azúcar ,y después de la espera jejej SE MEZCLA AL DIA SIGUIENTE Y YA TENEMOS NUESTRO VODKA EJEJEJJ
Mientras hacíamos el vodka, Lilia nos dijo que si queríamos hacer licor de huevos y ¡claro! Por que no jeje......este licor consistía en echar 6 yemas de huevo y azúcar en un bol y mezclarlos mucho, después se le añadiría una botella de vodka y ya tendríamos el “LICOR DE HUEVOS”, que está ,por cierto cojonudo....... la vida en Polonia siempre nos depara aventuras........
EL VODKA será bebido pronto, pues celebraremos el cumpleaños de Ramón en pocos dias.

Thursday was a special day for the boys- finally they got the chance to make their own vodka!!!
well first they had to also make licor de huevos, the so called ajerkoniak. And then was the lemon vodka time. To make it you need 6 lemons, 2 glasses of pure alcohol (96 degrees) bought from a "known source",1 and a half glass of sugar and four glasses of water. And after 24 hours of waiting...well... there you have your own lemon vodka:) And next time we will try out some new vodkareceipts :)

Hi again, after our Scandinavian adventure we went to Germany, where we spent the night In Berlin. Our host Tara told me that there are no rules for this town: pubs close when there are no people left inside(that may be at 10:00 am) and discos are open from Friday to Sunday without interruption. After a couple of beers we went to play at a park just before going to bed. The following morning we went sightseeing the Unter den Linden street and surroundings until four. Afterward we took the car and drove to Poland.
After a lot of ours in the car travelling through dark foggy and narrow roads at Halloween night we got to our first Polish town: Pila, Marta’s hometown. It is a very nice small city surrounded by beautiful forests. In these days I have already live remarkable experiences such as the trip to former secret soviet village Borne Sulinowo, where I had to drive through a crappy road in the middle of a forest averaging an speed of 20 km/h. Of course I have tried Polish Vodka. Gita , the mother of a friend of Marta, gave us her homemade lemon vodka (Ten shots! I now appreciate Jesper’s training). This Wednesday is the first day I’m not drinking, but instead we have made our own vodka. I’m really looking forward to try it!. That it will be in our next’s stop: Poznan. See you then.
