The Valley of Dordogne/ La Roque-Gageac, Vézac, Beynac

Entonces tras la compra  de productos nacionales y el reconocimiento de Sarlat, nos dirigimos a contemplar los pueblos de la rivera del Dordogne, Vitrac , La Roque-Gageac, Vézac  y Beynac pero al llegar a La Roque-Gageac todo dio un giro inesperado, la ruta par contemplar esos paisajes que recorre el majestuoso río , no serian en furgoneta, SINO EN KAYAK!!!!!...Alquilamos uno doble y disfrutando de esta mañana que el verano nos regalaba para despedirse, atravesamos su curso durante 10km ,UNA EXPERIENCIA IRREPETIBLE,!!esos bosques solo interrumpidos por esos pequeños pueblos , sus puentes, ese sol de verano, esos anades reales , esa rivera de chopos, álamos ,sauces, robles....y esos descansos para bañarnos.....LLegados al punto de encuentro sobre las 14.00h (donde nos recogerían a las horas punta), regresamos a donde estaba la furgoneta y desde allí regresaríamos a ese sito ,especial, donde podríamos bañarnos, donde rodeados de una frondosa vegetación disfrutaríamos nuestros manjares a orillas del río y saludando a los excursionistas en canoa que por allí pasaban a cada rato.....PERO AL PICNIC FRANCÉS , LE DIMOS EL TOQUE ESPAÑOL....SIESTAZO.

The valley of Dordogne was definately one of the WWOOOOOOOWW experiences during the travel!!!The whole valley is full of small villages that are built in the rocks!!!The prettiest of them is Roque Gageac... but offcourse all are incredibly beautifull. We took a walk in La Roque- Gageac, passing by the houses in the rocks, admiring the view on the river and on the other towns nearby, that can be seen from here... and enjoing the perfect weather we just had the genious idea: let's rent a kayak!!!!

And so we did!!And it was sooooooooo nice... i missed kayaking so much, and for Hector it was the first experience with kayak. Wooow.... just the thought that we did kayak in this beautifull valley makes my heart beat faster!!!!:)

............ and we could put so many more pics... and write a lot more... and say something more about the breathtaking views, and the many churches and castles on the rocks, and describe all the villages.... but it's one of the places that you just have to see, to understand:)
