¡Que de cosas sucedieron en Villa Alegría!.Ahora que echo la vista atrás, veo con cierta nostalgia todos los momentos y eventos vividos en este lugar.
Primero vinieron los "Talleres Veganos y de Fermentación" de Marta, que impartió en Villa Alegría , abriendo las puertas a este proyecto de nuestros amigos , de convertir este lugar, en un sueños de hospedaje y eventos. Ademas Marta impartió varios talleres mas por Santa Elena.
Luego asistimos a la "Boda" de nuestros ya amigos, Nancy y John, que convirtieron el lugar en un precioso y alegre lugar donde darse el empujón final a su relación de pareja. La boda fue hermosa y llena de divertidos momentos. Quizás el aguardiente o quizás los bailes fueron los protagonistas finales de una celebración que estuvo marcada por atrapasueños, amigos, familiares y planes de futuro.
Después vinieron las celebraciones de "Navidad y Año Nuevo" compartiendo esos momentos con sus familias, que se convirtieron en las nuestras. Cocinamos, bebimos, bailamos y disfrutamos de las tradiciones antioqueñas en estas fiestas tan señaladas.
Luego ayudamos a nuestros amigos en varios eventos que allí se celebraron, para convertir sin rubor a Villa Alegría en un lugar donde todo puede suceder.....
During these 40 days in Villa Alegria we feel that we became a part of the family- and are forever attached with Nancy and John. A month of life here added a lot to our memories and our experience.
We were honoured to be a part of Nancy and Johns wedding- we both helped with the praparations (deco and catering and the vegan wedding cakes!!!!) and with the celebration. Absolutely amazing lifetime experience!
With the help of our friends we organized our Vegan and Fermentation Workshops- both at Villa Alegria and outside- in two local restaurants: Placebo and Siete Cueros (where I helped making the new menu!). We also helped with the catering and other praparations for the events organized at the Villa. I even had the opportunity to make a womens circle!
But most of all- we learned a lot about colombian culture and the way of celebrating festive days. We shared Christmas and New Years Eve, closing the year in familar and warm atmosphere, which we will always be thankfull for!

Przez czterdzieści dni w Villa Alegria staliśmy się częścią rodziny. Uczestniczylismy tu w wielu ważnych wydarzeniach, w tym w ślubie Nancy i Johna!
Ślub i wesele były absolutnie przepiękne, a my mieliśmy okazję nie tylko świętować ale też wziąć udział w przygotowaniach, co stało się naprawdę ważnym i ciekawym doświadczeniem... Te przygotowania to nie tylko sprzątanie i dekoracje... moje wegańskie przekąski zagościły na weselnym stole ciesząc się wielkim powodzeniem, a wegańskie torty weselne osłodziły ślubne popołudnie ;)
Z pomocą naszych hostów udało nam się też dać warsztaty wegańskie i fermentacji- zarówno w domu jak i w dwóch lokalnych restauracjach- w jednej z nich stworzyłam nawet część nowego menu :)
Po raz pierwszy też poprowadziłam tutaj krąg kobiet ;)
No i nie zapominajmy o siwetach- w Villa Alegria spędziliśmy zarówno święta jak i Nowy Rok- poznając kolumbijskie tradycje, tańcząc kumbie i dzieląc się radością.
