No podíamos estar en México y no venir hasta la histórica zona de Veracruz, inicio de la colonización española del continente americano, tras la llegada de Hernán Cortés allá en el 1519.
LA VILLA RICA DE LA VERA CRUZ, fue fundada por Hernan Cortés el 22 de abril de 1519 en las playas que se encontraban frente al islote Chalchihuecan, y se formalizó como el primer ayuntamiento de todo el continente americano el 10 de julio del 1519. En el 1522 se mudaron los asentamientos hacía LA ANTIGUA a orillas del río Huitzilapan, pero de nuevo el 1599 Felipe II volvió a demandar el movimiento de la ciudad al asentamiento primitivo de Veracruz.
Es por tanto, un lugar del cual quisimos empaparnos de historia y visionar donde comenzó ese periodo histórico de la colonización y saqueo de este continente.
Aquí fuimos recibidos por Pablo y su madre, que nos abrieron su casa y su amistad de par en par, para ayudarnos a descubrir las entrañas de la Cuatro veces Heroica Veracruz.
Junto a él visitamos, la parte principal de la ciudad de Veracruz, disfrutando de la arquitectura, la historia de los lugares, el clima, los paisajes y como no la comida y la cerveza.
Pero fue sobre todo conocer a Pablo y su madre lo que mayor ilusión y placer nos dió, el nacimiento de una nueva amistad.

We have visited Pablo back at his home in Veracruz, where he and his charming mother made us feel at home.
Veracruz is the first municipality of America and oneof the first settlements made by the Spanish after their arrival to Yucatan. The multicultural character is visible in the rich cultural life of the region. The beautiful colonial buildings bring memories of Cadiz. The streets at night are full of life and people enjoying good food and music.

Samo miasto Veracruz przywodzi na mysl Cadiz, uliczki pelne sa ludzi delektujacych sie jedzeniem i muzyka do poznych godzin nocnych. Caly region przez lata byl miejscem spotkan wielu kultur, bedac glownym meksykanskim portem. Tutaj zaczela sie historia konkwisty, jest to tez pierwsze miejsce ktore uzyskalo prawa miejskie w Ameryce.
