El primer viaje que hicimos junto a Pablo fue ir a la ANTIGUA VERACRUZ, situada a escasos kilómetros de la actual Veracruz.
Se supone que fue aquí donde los españoles establecieron su primer asentamiento allá por el 1519. Aquí pudimos entre otras cosas ver la supuesta casa de Hernán Cortés, la Ermita del Rosario o el edificio del cabildo, donde se instauró el primer ayuntamiento de la Nueva España.
Fue un agradable día, donde aprendimos algo de historia y disfrutamos del calor de la gente que habita este enclave histórico para el continente americano.
The first Spanish settlement in Yucatan is told to be Veracruz, but to be exact- it is Antigua, a small town on the outskirts of Veracruz. The oldest church here was founded by Hernan Cortes in the beginning of the 16th century and is the oldest church of Americas. The popular tourist attrection here is the house of Cortes- apparently the place where he lived while he stayed in Antigua.
There are also a few trees, that remember the times of the Conquista, which makes the place so important for the newer history of the continent.

Jak bylo naprawde wiedza pewnie tylko liczne, stare drzewa, ktore rosly tu dawno przed ¨odkryciem¨ kontynentu!
