Spring time... and the same thing starts all over again... like every year... The nature is waking up and Hector is working like crazy.
Szorcik: wiosna, kwitną kwiatki, w winnicach pełno zielonych pąków, praca wre jak w ulu!

CADIZ

Next stop on my trip was Cadiz. My friend Estera stays there at Erasmus together with her turkish husband Ulas. It's been a really long while since I heaven't seen Estera (the last time was here) so I was really excited for this meeting. And also, I only had visited Cadiz once- during the carnaval, so this time I had the possibility (and real pleasure) to finally do some sightseeing. I just walked around  the old town without a map (it's really hard to get lost when you are surrounded by water from three sides) and spent some lovely time watching the waves while enjoing a some beer with Estera. It was so good to refresh our memories from the time we both lived in Seville, share some travel tips and experiences... and of course- I finally got to meet The Husband. Spent some lovely time together i the perfect sunshine (altough I said goodbye to the city in pouring rain)

it's the only pic of us together- the sun was shining to much and the wind blowing to strong... :)
Szorcik: Następny przystanek to Kadyks.

SEVILLA

The real reason to go to Spain was our annual meeting with my polish firends. As we all live in different parts of Europe- we don’t get to see each other very often. Last year we had our little meeting in France, this year it was Seville.

Since we left Seville in september 2010 I only went back once and that was only for a couple of days- definately not enough. I missed the city so much. Although a lot has changed it is still my Seville- just how I knew it. It was a bit strange to walk around the same old streets- like I have never left... but also it brought up so many good memories.
But the strangest thing was to see Agatka and Oli here. I mean- I used to live here with Wero, but to actually see the two persons who I wrote about the city so much- was slightly surrealistic. Luckily the weather was perfect during our whole stay- i twas hot enough to get a bit suntanned on the faces. Also, Seville looks so much better in the sunshine. You know : palmtrees, tinto de verano and hot spanish guys (well the last thing might be a bit overratedJ)
Together with Wero we wanted to show the girls as much as possible of our favourite (¿hmm?) city, but off course… somwhere inbetween there was always a lot of talking, and when you have so much tos ay to each other- you need to stop every now and then. So we did see the “must sees” of Seville but in the chillout way (ok… ended up with sore feet, but who cares), we spent long hours eating ice cream at Plaza de Espana and then climbing orange tres in the Parc of Maria Luisa (ok some of us did), walked around Santa Cruz and the whole old town, passing by the Little squares full of people.

Szorcik: Prawdziwym celem mojej wycieczki do Hiszpanii byl coroczny zjazd Lokietkow- czyli spotkanie z moimi przyjaciolkami z (dawnych bardzo) czasow studenckich.
To stad pochodza hiszpanskie stereotypy i tu wlasnie znajduja one swoje potwierdzenie.
Pewnie w wielu miejscach mogly zmaterializowac swoje wyobrazenia o miejscach, ktore im z Wero opisywalysmy. No i wreszcie mogly sprobowac wszystkich naszych ulubionych tapasow, poznac znajomych.
